The hotel had great location close enough to the extensive gardens enjoying the flowers and birds, beautiful Lake Atitlan and the world most wonderful lakes. It also was to the nature reserve.

There was low water pressure and caused inconvenience.

the property's location was amazing and particularly good, by mountains. and it was at a walking distance from el bistro, ate there couple of times.

The rooms were nicely decorated and soundproof with a view of the garden, balconies, fun walks to-and-from the restaurant, I loved that. The location was best possible, within a close distance from Casa Cakchiquel Arts Center.
